The contents of my thesis is the issue of management of trade receivables in the capital company. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the definition of basic, but necessary concepts for the understanding of the issue. Subsequent practical part analyzes the status of claims in a particular organization. Custom forms part presents comprehensive proposals and recommendations on claims management system, including preventive measures against the occurrence of problem debts, their effective management and administration as well as possible ways of.

Design of 22 kV Cable Network in the Existing Complex of Faculty Hospital

This thesis describes the reconstruction network 10 kV HV networks in a teaching hospital in the transition to a new 22 kV voltage level according to valid regulations. The paper describes the current state of technological equipment and its gradual replacement with new technology at 22 kV voltage level in each power units so as not to limit the operation of the hospital. For this purpose, the new backup system for rotating spare resources. The thesis deals with new input distribution, which will serve as a transfer point between the customer and distributor of electricity as well as advance the existing technological equipment.

The bachelor thesis deals with issues of receivables at a corporate enterprise. The first part of the work is focused on theoretical knowledge. The second part deals with the basic characteristics of a company, financial situation is analysed here as well as the state of the receivables of the chosen company during the last four years. The third part contains my own suggestions for improvements of the care for receivables of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with issues of receivables from business relations in the selected business corporation. In the theoretical part there are described the ways which you can prevent the problem receivables, or how to solve them. Subsequently, in the practical part deals with analysis of the current state of receivables in a particular business corporation. In the design section are presented suggestions and recommendations to improve the management of accounts receivable.

Financing and management of construction investment from the aspect of a contractor

The thesis focuses on the analysis of a construction contract and the proposal of possible changes in the management. It includes a description of the construction contract and its breakdown, characterizes the pricing of construction works, the development of prices in the construction industry and sources of financing. In the practical part, a specific construction company is characterised and the contract it has carried out is described. The analysis describes the financing of the contract and compares material prices in the Czech Republic and Poland. From the findings, the management of the construction contract is evaluated, and an alternative material supply is proposed.

Factoring as a Tool of Credit Management

This master´s thesis presents factoring as one of the tools of active interaction of credit risk, which creates new chances of supplier’s access to financial resources. The thesis proves the advisability of this modern way of financing in the selected company. Advisability is assessed by comparing the costs of factoring with its contributions. At the conclusion, other possible ways of improvement of present company’s credit management are suggested, that the would contribute to general transparation of the administration and debt collection.

The bachelor thesis focus on process management of a contract in manufacturing company Biokron s.r.o. This company specializes in the production of feed and compound feed for domestic and livestock. In the first part describes the theoretical basis of the thesis. The second part focuses on the introducing the selected business. The third part describes and analyzes the process of order management the receipt of the order, through production to the dispatch of the product to the customer. The last part outlines proposals for changes in the process of order management in the company.
